One Team. One Standard. All In.

The ‘25–’26 PAC Indoor Volleyball Club Season is for athletes who want more—from their training, their coaches, and their team culture.

One team per age group. Small rosters. Consistent coaching from former and current Division I athletes. Because we know that excellence takes structure, focus, and full buy-in from every member of our community.

At PAC, we hold a high standard on purpose. We teach our players to lead with character, take ownership of their growth, and compete with clarity and grit.

If you make a team, you’ll know your coaches. You’ll know the expectations. And you’ll know what it means to train in a space built to bring the best out of you before the upcoming season even starts.

We don’t just train athletes. We shape leaders, teammates, and confident young women ready to thrive on and off the court.

The PAC Standard |

The PAC Standard |

We’re not here to be the biggest. We’re here to change the game.

At PAC, every detail of the indoor volleyball club season is designed to support elite athlete development and cultivate confident, capable young women prepared to lead—in sport and in life.

We offer more than volleyball training. We offer a full academy experience.

  • At PAC, we believe great coaching is personal, consistent, and grounded in lived experience. That’s why every team is led by a head coach and three assistant coaches, all former or current Division I athletes.

That’s why our program includes →

    • Small coach-to-athlete ratios that ensure every player receives detailed instruction, personalized feedback, and the support they need to thrive

    • Unified training across all age groups, with teams practicing on the same schedule side by side to foster competition, connection, and progression

    • Steady leadership at every tournament with your head coach and at least one assistant coach present from start to finish

    • Mentorship from coaches who have competed at the highest levels and know how to shape athletes with skill, self-belief, and purpose

This isn’t just about putting experienced coaches on the sidelines. It’s a culture built to develop athletes who are truly seen, pushed, and supported so they can show up prepared to compete at their best.

  • Player growth isn't left to chance. At PAC, our culture mirrors what masters of the game use to teach athletes how to set goals, track progress, study the game, and take full ownership of their development from day one.

    That’s why our program →

    • Films every practice and match so athletes can review execution, recognize patterns, and understand how their decisions impact performance in real time

    • Creates personal Google Drive folders with film, coach feedback, and tailored action steps → so players and parents always know what’s working, what needs work, and how to earn playing time

    • Builds out team binders with offensive and defensive systems, serve-receive and coverage diagrams, drill breakdowns, scouting reports, and game plans → giving athletes the tools to build tactical IQ and play with clarity

    • Integrates guided journaling with practice reflections, weekly effort ratings, word-of-the-day themes, and performance logs → helping athletes regulate emotions, track mindset, and train with intention

    • Offers 1-on-1 film sessions to break down movement, decision-making, and game flow → so athletes can sharpen instincts and perform at a higher level faster

This isn’t just about tracking stats. It’s about building self-awareness, ownership, and a deep connection to the process alongside a team that’s doing it with you.

  • Sustainable high-level performance takes more than reps in the gym. At PAC, we teach athletes how to take care of their bodies and minds long before the first whistle.

That’s why our program includes →

    • Monthly recovery days with licensed professionals to promote mobility, prevent injury, and teach athletes why rest is a non-negotiable part of elite performance → it’s not a reward, it’s a requirement

    • Workshops led by current professional volleyball athletes that build mental toughness, emotional awareness, and team chemistry → helping players develop confidence, self-regulation, leadership, and a deeper sense of responsibility to themselves and their teammates

    • Nutrition, hydration, and sleep education woven into our team culture → so athletes reinforce high-performance habits and recover with intention

    • Mental performance and stress regulation routines athletes can use before, during, and after competition → breathwork, guided body scans, pre-game visualization, and post-match reset strategies to help manage pressure and perform when it matters most

This isn’t just about staying healthy. It’s about learning how to show up prepared, focused, and grounded. That way, you can compete at your best every single time.

  • At PAC, we believe who you are off the court shapes how you lead on it. We intentionally build opportunities for athletes to connect, give back, and take pride in our shared identity.

That’s why our program includes →

    • Monthly team events that strengthen chemistry, communication, and trust beyond volleyball

    • Volunteer opportunities that help athletes contribute meaningfully to our local community and stay grounded in something bigger than wins or stats

    • Unified team practices across all age groups → creating consistency, connection, and a collective standard of effort and respect

    • Shared values rooted in accountability, gratitude, and resilience that guide how we train, compete, and support one another

    • An environment that empowers athletes to lead with heart, hold each other to high standards, and bring purpose and presence into everything they do

This isn’t just about being a good teammate. It’s about becoming the kind of person others want beside them when the stakes are high.

‘25–’26 Indoor Volleyball Club Season Information

  • PAC's indoor volleyball home gym is at Dallas Youth Sports.

    Address → 2524 W Ledbetter Dr, Dallas, TX 75233

  • PAC offers one top team per age group →

    • 11U

    • 12U

    • 13U

    • 14U

Each roster is intentionally capped at 10–12 athletes to maximize playing time, allow for individualized coaching, and build strong, connected teams.

  • Volleyball is expected to be a top priority during the club season. You're part of a high-level squad that counts on you.

Consistency builds trust. Trust builds winning teams.

What that means at PAC →

    • Practice is non-negotiable.

      • Our schedule is already set so PAC families have time to plan ahead. We understand athletes have other responsibilities, and we honor that by creating consistency from day one. If a conflict arises, players and parents must communicate with the head coach as far in advance as possible.

      • Unexcused absences—when the head coach isn’t informed ahead of time—are not acceptable. It’s not just about the individual. Showing up is a sign of respect to your teammates, your coaches, and the goals you're working toward together.

    • Tournaments are mandatory.

      • The official calendar for the '25–'26 season will be released in September. Once it's published, we’ll build each team’s schedule with input from PAC families to minimize conflicts. Together, we’ll finalize tournament dates by mid-September.

      • This allows coaches to build lineups and strategies based on the full roster. When players are missing, it disrupts systems, limits game plans, and affects the entire team’s ability to perform. Outside of emergencies or illness, missing a tournament is not acceptable.

At PAC, we take seriously the time, energy, and resources each family commits to this season. The best way to honor that investment is for every athlete to show up all in—ready to grow, compete, and lead alongside their team.

  • The indoor volleyball club season runs from November ‘25 to April ‘26, but your PAC journey starts long before day one in the gym.

    • August → Try-on for all athletes to ensure gear arrives before season kickoff

    • September → Monthly team events and virtual workshops with Mentorship of Champs begin

    • October → Pre-season parent-athlete meeting and Media Day for team / individual photos

    • November–April → Indoor club season officially starts, along with monthly community service and team recovery days

This extended timeline gives athletes more than just a season. It gives them space to grow, build chemistry, and prepare to compete with purpose.

  • Every athlete will receive full PAC competition kit built for performance, comfort, and team pride—so they stay game-ready and look sharp all season long →

    • 2 Game Jerseys

    • 2 Practice T-Shirts

    • 2 Pairs of Spandex

    • 2 Pairs of Crew Socks

    • 1 Pair of Kneepads

    • 1 Pair of Arm Sleeves

    • 1 Hoodie

    • 1 Pair of Sweatpants

    • 1 Backpack

    • 1 Water Bottle

Try-on sessions will be held in August so every athlete’s gear fits right and arrives on time before the season starts in November.

  • All PAC indoor teams practice 3x a week from November to April.

    • Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 PM–9 PM

    • Sundays from 1 PM–3 PM

All teams train side by side during the same practice block, creating a competitive, connected environment that raises the standard for every athlete in the gym.

Sunday sessions are optional, but impactful. These practices target individual skill development—setting, passing, attacking, blocking, digging, and serving—while reinforcing game application. Essentially, they give athletes extra reps to sharpen execution and run our offensive / defensive systems with precision on game day. Because of this, Sunday attendance will be taken into account when determining playing time.

Scrimmages with local clubs will be integrated into Sunday training throughout the season. When scheduled, attendance is mandatory. Sunday practice times may shift occasionally if Dallas Youth Sports is hosting a tournament.

All schedule changes or scrimmage dates will be communicated at least one week in advance so families can plan accordingly.

Every practice is led by Head Coach Madison Ligon and supported by two to three assistant coaches to ensure small coach-to-athlete ratios and focused, individualized instruction.

  • PAC teams compete in 1–2 tournaments per month from December to April, with the goal of qualifying for USA Volleyball, AAU, or JVA Nationals. All events will take place within the North Texas Region, except for one travel tournament.

Tournament schedules are built in collaboration with PAC families to minimize conflicts and support full team participation. Official calendars from USA Volleyball, AAU, and JVA are released in September. Once published, we’ll finalize each team’s schedule by mid-September so families can plan well in advance.

Attendance is required unless there is an emergency or illness.

Game plans and lineups are created based on having every player present. When athletes are absent, it limits execution, disrupts chemistry, and affects the team’s ability to perform.

Tournaments are where training becomes execution.

Being present—on time, locked in, and ready to compete—is what it means to represent PAC.

  • The cost to join a PAC indoor volleyball team for the '25–'26 club season is $4,500.

Once an athlete receives an offer, a 20% deposit ($900) is required to secure their spot. The remaining balance is split into six monthly payments of $600, due on the 1st of each month from November ‘25 through April ‘26.

Families also have the option to pay in full and receive a $500 discount—saving over 10% on the total price.

FAQ

  • PAC is a boutique volleyball academy built for athletes who want more than just reps. Located in the North Texas Region (NTR)—the largest and most competitive region in all of USA Volleyball—we prepare players to compete at the highest level through expert coaching, targeted feedback, and individualized development.

Our coaching staff is made up of former Division I and professional athletes who are technical experts and passionate mentors. Every practice, scrimmage, and game is filmed and reviewed to help close the feedback gap between coaches and families. Athletes receive direct insight on how to grow their role and earn playing time, so no one is left guessing.

PAC fields just one team per age group from 11U to 14U. This focused structure allows us to maintain high standards across every team and give each athlete the time, feedback, and attention they need to thrive. No one gets overlooked. Every player matters.

Athlete development doesn’t stop at volleyball skills. Our season includes →

    • Monthly mentorship workshops led by collegiate and pro athletes to promote a growth mindset, emotional resilience, and leadership

    • Team bonding and community service opportunities that build leadership and foster real connection between teammates

    • Guided recovery sessions to help athletes reset, recharge, and build habits that support long-term physical health

We’re not just here to fill rosters. We develop athletes who lead with character, think under pressure, and set the tone for those around them—on and off the court.

  • PAC uses the USA Volleyball 2025–2026 Age Definitions to determine each athlete's correct division. Click here to view the official chart and confirm your athlete's eligibility.

  • Each athlete will be assessed through a full warm-up, physical testing, skill-specific drills, and live gameplay. We evaluate all core fundamentals—serving, passing, defense, setting, blocking, and attacking.

To ensure fairness and depth in our evaluation process, each session is tracked using SkillShark software and filmed for post-tryout review. We’re not just looking for talent—we value coachability, resilience, and teamwork just as highly.

  • Yes!

Just let us know during check-in or ahead of time via email at madison@pegasusathleticsclub.co. We love well-rounded athletes and will take this into consideration during the tryout process.

  • Private tryouts are available upon request. Email PAC at madison@pegasusathleticsclub.co to schedule a time that works for your athlete.

  • All athletes will be contacted individually via email within 24 hours of their tryout session—whether attending the official tryout or a private evaluation.

You’ll always hear back from us with clarity and next steps.

  • If your athlete receives an official offer, you'll have 24 hours to accept.

Once your spot is confirmed, we’ll send over the Club-Athlete Agreement along with a checklist of everything you’ll need to complete before the season begins in November.

A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your roster position and finalize your athlete’s commitment to the team.

  • Position assignments are based on each athlete’s physical strengths, technical skill set, and how they fit into the team’s overall system. We also consider their ability to make smart decisions under pressure, communicate effectively, and how they treat and support their teammates—on and off the court.

While athletes may start in one role, positions can shift throughout the season based on development, performance, and what best serves the team.

  • Each roster is intentionally capped at 10–12 athletes to maximize playing time, allow for individualized coaching, and build strong, connected teams.

  • All players receive equal practice time. In tournaments, athletes are guaranteed a minimum of 20% playing time, but opportunities beyond that are earned.

Athletes who consistently arrive on-time and prepared show they take training seriously. Consistent attendance, intentional effort in every rep, and a willingness to apply feedback without defensiveness all matter. We prioritize players who not only meet these standards at a high level, but who also execute our systems under pressure, make quick and effective decisions on the court, and elevate the performance and energy of their teammates.

A team-first mindset is non-negotiable—and the fastest way to earn a starting spot. That means no gossip, no sideline negativity, and no undermining of teammates or coaches. At PAC, character counts as much as skill.

To ensure clarity and growth, every practice, scrimmage, and game is filmed and reviewed by our staff. Feedback is shared weekly so families and athletes always understand the reasoning behind lineup decisions and know exactly how to improve.

  • PAC’s indoor volleyball club fees are all-inclusive and help cover everything required to run a full season—from gym space, equipment, and tournament entries to coaching salaries, athlete gear, and operational costs. When a family accepts an offer, that commitment secures their athlete’s roster spot and locks in these resources for the full season.

For this reason, all payments are non-refundable once a contract is accepted. This includes situations where an athlete withdraws from the team, does not participate, or is removed due to a policy violation.

We understand life happens. In rare situations—such as injury, illness, job relocation, or other extenuating circumstances—refund requests may be submitted and reviewed by PAC leadership. Final decisions are made at our discretion.

If a season is impacted by government shutdowns or USAV/NTR/JVA/AAU cancellations, PAC will consider prorated credits or refunds based on unused portions of the season.

To protect your investment, we highly recommend families purchase Sports Fee Insurance at the time of registration. You can explore your options and get a quick quote here → https://jva.sportsfees.us/#calculator
