PAC is a premier indoor and beach volleyball club based in the heart of Dallas, founded by a former Division 1 volleyball player. But more than that, PAC is a movement rooted in purpose, commitment, and community.
Volleyball isn’t something we do. It’s a lifestyle. We are a driven and connected community of players, coaches, and families who understand that excellence takes consistent effort, personal investment, and a deep love for the game.

How PAC Puts Our Values Into Practice

Athletes use daily journal prompts, Word of the Day reflections, and practice ratings to intentionally track their growth, habits, and mindset. Over time, this builds self-awareness, ownership, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to their development both on and off the court.

Every PAC team keeps a binder that holds drills, offensive and defensive systems, team goals, personal reflections, and key lessons. Athletes use it to track their growth, hold themselves accountable, and stay locked into their development all season long.

PAC athletes participate in fun, interactive workshops led by professional athletes through our partnership with More Than Volley. Topics include mental preparation, goal setting, personal growth, building a growth mindset, the power of words and gratitude, positive use of social media, leadership development, performance habits, kindness and empathy, and mindful performance. Each session is tailored specifically for youth athletes and designed to build confidence, resilience, and personal wellness. On and off the court.

This gives players and parents a clear, organized way to own the growth process and maximize their investment in training.

We integrate meditation, 4-count box breathing, and visualization techniques into practice and pre-game routines, building focus, mental toughness, and emotional regulation. That way every PAC athlete can perform at their best, especially in high-pressure situations.

Our teams participate in local community service projects to reinforce leadership, empathy, and a service-first mentality. This shows our players that true impact goes beyond the court.

Off-court bonding activities help build trust, chemistry, and true friendships, strengthening the community culture we expect athletes to embody during competition.

All volleyball instruction is conducted by a former or current elite (D1, professional) athlete and backed by proven, research-driven methods. We are members of the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA), Gold Medal Squared (GMS), and USA Volleyball (USAV), ensuring elite-level athlete development.

We’ve partnered with VH360 to provide PAC players with specialized workout programs (strength training, conditioning, stretching, & mobility). Plus, our athletes have access to around the clock care from the best physical therapists to boost performance & prevent injuries.

PAC teaches athletes how fueling, hydration, and sleep habits impact their performance, energy, and overall well-being. We emphasize not just what athletes do, but when and how consistently they do it. By building strong daily habits around nutrition, hydration, and rest, PAC athletes develop the tools they need for peak performance and long-term success on and off the court.

PAC athletes are expected to be active participants in their growth. We create a culture of honest, respectful communication between athletes, coaches, and parents, where feedback is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and accountability is shared. Growth at PAC isn’t one-sided. It’s built through real conversations, mutual trust, and shared responsibility.

Not only is the entire staff made up of former and current collegiate and professional athletes, but PAC coaches stay ahead by continually investing in their professional development by attending trainings, pursuing certifications, and improving their craft to better serve athletes.
