PAC is a premier indoor and beach volleyball club based in the heart of Dallas, founded by a former Division 1 and professional beach volleyball player. But more than that, PAC is a movement rooted in purpose, commitment, and community.
Volleyball isn’t something we do—it’s a lifestyle. We are a driven and connected community of players, coaches, and families who understand that excellence takes consistent effort, personal investment, and a deep love for the game.

How PAC Puts Our Values Into Practice

Athletes use daily journal prompts, Word of the Day reflections, and practice ratings to intentionally track their growth, habits, and mindset. Over time, this builds self-awareness, ownership, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to their development both on and off the court.

Every PAC team keeps a binder that holds drills, offensive and defensive systems, team goals, personal reflections, and key lessons. Athletes use it to track their growth, hold themselves accountable, and stay locked into their development all season long.

PAC athletes participate in fun, interactive workshops led by professional athletes through our partnership with Mentorship of Champs. Topics include mental preparation, goal setting, personal growth, building a growth mindset, the power of words and gratitude, positive use of social media, leadership development, performance habits, kindness and empathy, and mindful performance. Each session is tailored specifically for youth athletes and designed to build confidence, resilience, and personal wellness—on and off the court.

We integrate meditation, 4-count box breathing, and visualization techniques into practice and pre-game routines—building focus, mental toughness, and emotional regulation so every PAC athlete can perform at their best, especially in high-pressure situations.

All volleyball instruction is backed by proven, research-driven methods. We are members of the Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) and USA Volleyball (USAV), ensuring elite-level athlete development.

We emphasize not just what athletes do—but when and how consistently they do it. By building strong daily habits around nutrition, hydration, and rest, PAC athletes develop the tools they need for peak performance and long-term success on and off the court.

PAC athletes are expected to be active participants in their growth. We create a culture of honest, respectful communication between athletes, coaches, and parents—where feedback is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and accountability is shared.
