PAC Beach
We don’t just play volleyball in the sand.
We treat it as a training ground for full athlete development. Whether you’re sharpening your skills for the indoor court or discovering a love for the game outside, this program is built to push you, ground you, and grow you.
Our beach training academy is where athletes come to move better, think faster, and play tougher. Every session is rooted in high-level instruction and guided by our holistic approach so that athletes walk away stronger, more confident, and ready for whatever’s next.
Inside the PAC Beach Volleyball Training Academy
From movement to mindset, athletes learn to think fast, work hard, and reach their full potential on and off the court.

What to Bring to Beach Practice to Have a Great Session
Tip → Have a bag or backpack that you keep all of this in at home that's easy to grab & go. You'll have the peace of mind knowing that you're always prepared & can get out of the door quickly to arrive (ideally) early or on-time!
-
I've yet to run a practice where someone doesn't need one! Pack extras so your hair isn’t distracting you or getting in your way during drills.
-
PAC provides water coolers for refills, but you should always arrive with a full bottle to start practice strong.
-
Bring electrolyte packets to mix into your water. You’ll sweat a lot, especially in Texas heat. Electrolytes help your body stay energized and balanced.
-
Use it after practice to wipe off sweat, dry off after cooling down, or keep the car seat sand-free.
-
You can grab a sand brush online or at sporting goods stores. It’s a small tool that makes a big difference when brushing off before getting into the car. No more taking half the beach court home with you!
-
Even during evening sessions, the sand can still be hot. Sand socks protect your feet and help you stay comfortable throughout practice. It's always a good idea to have a pair handy.
-
Shield your eyes and face from the sun so you can focus on the ball, not the glare.
-
Apply before practice and bring extra to reapply. No sunburns. Your future skin will thank you!
-
Fuel your body with something easy like fruit, granola bars, or trail mix to keep your energy up and support recovery.
-
This is your time to grow, learn, and compete. Show up with a great mindset and give it everything you've got!
